my mom came to town & of course i broke my vegetarian streak for some crispycrispy duck confit and roast chicken.
mmm-mmm, selling out sure feels good.

after spilling salt all over the floor, my first instinct was not to clean it up,
but rather, to do this instead:

cleaning out my old camera, i found some pictures from right before i left that i forgot about.
it made me miss always getting lost on the way to saguijo;
singing along to sugarfree because they're the only pinoy band i've ever really gotten to know and love;
never really buying anything at baul, but always being excited to go up and look.
most of all it made me miss the dorks i would go with,
and the shady shady ladies whom i would have to drive home and
watch attempt to sneak into their houses early in the morning.
you know who you are and you are missed.

flea markets, bowling, rose tea, elliot smith, non-stop episodes of "the office", and lots and lots of lust.
to celebrate said lust, here is a rather pointless three-tiered "to do list" that
you may or may not respond to (though it is highly encouraged) in kind with one of your own.
my to do list:
#3 louis garrel, who is all kinds of french brooding and beautiful.
#2 now i don't believe in marriage, but for john krasinski, i would probably make an exception.
my love for charming, underachieving, lovesick goofballs is pretty much second to none.
lastly, #1 goes, predictably, to robert carmine, who by now, should be in my pants the hall of fame or something.
i really can't stay unattracted to him for too long. he's just the epitome of the term "stone fox".

& i have many episodes of the simpsons' treehouse of horror on my computer.
it's going to be a good day.
at the bus stop, i found this pin sitting by it's lonesome on the bench, waiting for me, why hello there.
maybe it will give me courage.
10 seconds later though, it rained and i was stranded.
first it giveth then it taketh away, i guess.
p.s. what site do you use to host pictures?
i like flickr, but i tend to go beyond it's monthly limit.
p.p.s. i think i am addicted to sushi.
